1949 PYE Type 39 J/H Radio

I’ve dragged this 20 kilo radio home on the tube, so now I have to fix it.

Currently it’s in pieces and dusted, the next step is to re-finish the wood and get it tuned and put back together.

Further ahead I’ve got plans for a bluetooth module that can be attached to and powered by the radio without having to make any modifications to the radio hardware itself.
